Quinn Digital acquires Product Protection Solutions

Toronto-based Quinn Digital Asset Protection Inc., a provider of commercial asset protection solutions, announced it has acquired U.S.-based Product Protection Solutions (PPS), which specializes in loss prevention solutions for retailers.

According to Quinn Digital, the acquisition allows the company to expand service to national and international retail brands operating in Canada and the U.S.
