Pivot3 to offer professional services to partners
Pivot3 has launched a new professional services package for its channel partners.

The company, which supplies video surveillance and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) serverless storage appliances, has created a program designed to provide systems integrators, resellers and end users with training, product support, deployment services and extended warranty options.
“Organizations today face complex IT and surveillance solution challenges, including reduced budgets, insufficient staff and an ever-increasing flow of business demands,” said Paul Kaeley, vice-president and general manager of services, Pivot3, in a company-issued statement. “With the professional services package, we are able to collaborate with our partners to identify and meet those challenges head-on.”
