Peel Police were the overall winners of the tournament, playing Graybar in the final round. A tournament banquet, including raffle and prize draw, was held immediately after.

The event was generously supported by sponsors Hikvision, Axis Communications, Automatic Systems, TSOC, Mircom, Circle K, Securitas, Paragon Security, Graybar Canada, Anixter, Titan Products Group, 3SI Security Systems, Tyco Integrated Security, G4S, SP&T News and Canadian Security magazine.

Paul Grossinger, group publisher, SP&T News and Canadian Security, said, “We are very grateful for all the help and support from the Canadian security industry. This is our third annual hockey event in support of Mission 500 and programs that help children and youth. The players and sponsors really stepped up this year and we’re extremely proud to be able to donate to a truly worthwhile cause like Toronto Crimestoppers’ youth initiatives. We’re looking forward to having everyone come out again next year for our fourth annual tournament. This event is only going to grow from here.”
