Paladin says this leadership category recognizes the fastest-growing enterprise-level technology, media, and telecommunications companies by revenue-growth percentage over their last four years of operation. Further to the Fast 15 award, Paladin Technologies has been recognized on Deloitte’s 2019 North America Technology Fast 500 ranking.
Paladin Technologies’ President Ted Reid said in a statement, “In order to grow at a rapid pace, it has been important for us to invest in people development to have the capability in a sustainable model. Our team members are continually learning; coupled with teamwork, this leads to successful outcomes. I am proud of people embracing collaboration, respect, accountability, and effective communication in order to drive innovation in our industry. The best part is that there is so much opportunity ahead of us as technological advancements accelerate.”
“We’re proud to recognize Enterprise Fast 15 winners, the program’s newest category. They are amongst the elite of Canada’s technology sector and showcase a level of achievement that makes industry sit up and take notice,” said Erica Pretorius, partner and national leader for the Technology Fast 50 program at Deloitte Canada, also in a statement. “Their passion, integrity and vision define the unique strengths of Canadian innovation. I’m looking forward to how they will change the business and technology landscape in the future.”
Eligibility in the Enterprise Fast 15 category requires applicants to meet the same criteria as for Technology Fast 50 nominees except they must have a minimum revenue of $10 million in 2015 and a minimum revenue of $25 million in 2018.
In 2019, Paladin entered the U.S. market. Reid commented that, in addition to revenue growth, “Our commitment to both our clients and our employees is to stay at the forefront of the latest solutions, while still providing an unmatched service experience. It is our never-ending focus on continuous improvement that drives our innovation. We have confidence in our tomorrow by working hard today.”
