Paladin Security to offer cloud-based services from Bosch
Bosch Security Systems, Inc. has added Paladin Security as a central station partner offering cloud-based services from Bosch as part of its central station portfolio.

Cloud-based services enable Paladin to provide remote video monitoring and business intelligence services based on the Bosch IP video portfolio.
The service works with any Bosch IP camera or encoder and connects to Bosch Security Cloud without the need to set up VPN tunnels or port forwarding. The central station can then remotely configure all services, including schedules, alarm scenarios and action plans. Cloud-based Services also allows for full remote configuration access to all features of Bosch IP cameras and encoders, like Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) settings.
Alarms and events from Bosch IP cameras and encoders are forwarded to Paladin in their existing alarm automation platform. Alarm notifications carry a link to the Bosch Security Cloud which the operator can open to process the video event. Additional information and interaction support, such as live and recorded video, audio intervention and remote relay controls, is provided through the link to create the fastest and most effective response from both the operator and/or responding authorities.
