Patrick Mann is Paladin Security‘s new executive vice-president, Corporate Services.

Mann has over 30 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Paladin, Mann was the chief operating officer at a furniture design and manufacturing company.

Paladin says Mann has countless years of experience installing new lean processes to improve both efficiencies and accountabilities of companies, and he has spent many years in technology companies where he optimized supply chain management, implemented CRM systems and oversaw technological process advancements.

As a newly created position, Paladin says a major part of Mann’s role will be strengthening the alignment between corporate services and the local operations of Paladin’s companies.

Mann added, “I was drawn towards Paladin because the company is a massive success story. Not only is Paladin continuing to grow rapidly, but it also has an amazing corporate culture. I am looking forward to breaking down the processes in order to make things more efficient and user-friendly. I believe it is important to address concerns at the operation level to ensure we are making things better for both our customers and our team members.”
