Patrick Mann is Paladin Security‘s new executive vice-president, Corporate Services.

Mann has over 30 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Paladin, Mann was the chief operating officer at a furniture design and manufacturing company.

Paladin says Mann has countless years of experience installing new lean processes to improve both efficiencies and accountabilities of companies, and he has spent many years in technology companies where he optimized supply chain management, implemented CRM systems and oversaw technological process advancements.

As a newly created position, Paladin says a major part of Mann’s role will be strengthening the alignment between corporate services and the local operations of Paladin’s companies.

Ashley Cooper, Paladin’s CEO said in a statement, “I am really excited to have Patrick join our team. I am confident that he will add tremendous value to Paladin by implementing technological improvements and lean processes which will help make us all more efficient.”

Mann added, “I was drawn towards Paladin because the company is a massive success story. Not only is Paladin continuing to grow rapidly, but it also has an amazing corporate culture. I am looking forward to breaking down the processes in order to make things more efficient and user-friendly. I believe it is important to address concerns at the operation level to ensure we are making things better for both our customers and our team members.”

Paladin has also announced that Paul Walker is the new director of Operations for its Toronto office.

Walker joins Paladin bringing 20 years of security experience in law enforcement, private security management, executive protection, airport, and post-secondary security operations.

“As a rapidly growing organization with a large number of incredibly talented current and future leads, it was extremely important to us to ensure that we found someone who understood our vision, who had a focus on developing not only our business but also our people, and whose experiences would help to enhance our already strong team,” said Blair Davenport, Paladin’s vice-president for Ontario.

“I am truly proud and blessed to be a part of the Paladin family and am very excited to start this journey and to assist in continuing to help make Paladin a world leader in this industry. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you,” said Walker.

Walker will be responsible for the oversight of operations in Greater Toronto Area, and will be based in Paladin’s Toronto Branch at 400-401 The West Mall.
