Paladin amalgamates recent acquisitions
Paladin's security systems integration arm said that as of Sept. 1, it has amalgamated its recent acquisitions — Action Data Communication Ltd, Marcomm Systems Group Inc., and CONTAVA Inc. — and will be known as Paladin Technologies going forward. As part of the Paladin group of companies, Paladin Technologies said in a statement it will “leverage its leading presence on the guarding side of the organization, while also clearly differentiating itself as a national technology integrator.”

Marc St-Amand Paladin Technologies also announced the addition of Marc St-Amand as vice-president, Eastern Canada. St-Amand previously led the Electronics Security Systems department at Correctional Service Canada.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have Marc join our growing team at this critical point in our business expansion. I look forward to working with him and leveraging his leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking for our organization,” said Ted Reid, Paladin Technologies president.
