Turner worked in the security industry in the Toronto area for more than 25 years, both as a salesperson and a company owner.

Friends and colleagues said Turner was very laid back, always calm and cool, and a true gentleman. He was a mentor to many of us in our early days in the security industry. People who knew him will remember his honesty and loyalty.

A celebration of life ceremony was held in Turner’s honour on Sept. 26 at the Stone Cottage Pub in Scarborough, Ont.

Bruce is survived by his wife Linda, and daughters Bethany and Amy.
