NAPCO Security Technologies has launched its new Expanded Connected Home and Smart Business Authorized Dealer Program. Napco’s new Authorized Dealer Program includes Universal StarLink Connect Dual Path Communicator and Smart Hub, new Gen. 2 iBridge Video Wi-Fi WAP-free Cameras & Napco-dedicated iBridge Modules. Authorized dealers can use their preferred panel brand and Central Station, and use StarLink Connect Universal Communicators to participate in the program.

The turn-key, 3-tiered program offers custom-marketing material, coop-advertising dollars, discounts on subscriber services such as StarLink and cloud-based video subscriptions, a tech support hotline, free CEU training and consumer leads from an exclusive consumer website.

iBridge Connected Home and Smart Business offers “more-affordable” smart device control of security, video, temperature, lighting and locking via Wi-Fi and Z-Wave, Napco says. The new iBridge Wi-Fi Remote HD Video Service features new Gen. 2 HD Pro Indoor/Outdoor Cameras and can be used standalone with remote iBridge Video App with two-way voice, or integrated with StarLink Connect and the iBridge App and IoT suite of services.

StarLink Connect is a solution for adding universal, smart interactive services to any alarm system at a “fraction of the cost” of others, the company says. It upgrades existing alarm systems to cellular and/or IP communications plus remote connected services, with a virtual keypad App using panel brands’ full bus-data, App-hand-programming and up/downloading.
