HDBaseT enables all-in-one connectivity between HD video sources and remote displays through a single 100m CAT5e/6 cable, delivering uncompressed high definition video, including 4K, audio, Ethernet, control signals and up to 100 watts of power. HDBaseT has become a global digital connectivity standard with a large and varied product ecosystem that includes video distribution equipment, displays, projectors and AV receivers from more than 90 manufacturers.
“We are extremely excited about this new partnership and look forward to working with the Alliance,” states Lori Abramovitch, MuxLab’s Marketing Manager.
“Joining the Alliance provides the Muxlab engineering team with access to finalized specifications and updates, and ensures new products go through the HDBaseT testing and certification process,” said Arial Sobelman, president, HDBaseT Alliance. “Muxlab’s decision to join the Alliance will enable its customers to leverage the HDBaseT technology, and help the Alliance continue to grow the technology into a global digital connectivity standard for designers and installers working on projects across a variety of commercial and residential markets.”
