April 8, 2020 By SP&T Staff

Ivan Spector, president of Alarme Sentinelle in Montreal; Kim Caron, director of business of development for Armstrong’s National Alarm Monitoring in Winnipeg; and Lewis Jacobson, director of dealer sales, API Monitoring in Toronto joined SP&T News editor Neil Sutton on Tuesday afternoon for a discussion about how the pandemic has changed the professional monitoring landscape.
The session included information on how stations are adjusting to new work-from-home policies for station staff and operators; the aspects of monitoring that have seen an increased demand; the feedback they have received so far from dealers; and what the future looks like in the coming weeks and months, as well as potential long-term changes.
