Mircom signs rep firm for Atlantic Canada
Fairway Associates is now the Atlantic Canada sales representative firm for Mircom’s communication and access products. The firm will represent Mircom in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Led by James Feltmate, Fairway Associates has been a local sales representative agency in Atlantic Canada for nearly 25 years. The company has represented and continues to represent manufacturers in the door, frame, hardware and security industries. Fairway Associates is a full service agency that provides sales services and specification writing services, as well as job site commissioning and inspections.
With more than 17 years of experience in the door, hardware and security industry, Feltmate has earned a wealth of industry knowledge. His qualifications allow him to write hardware specifications as well as security specifications. He is also a certified Fire Door Assembly Inspector (one of only a few in Canada), as well as a certified inspector for the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers.
“The expertise and depth of James’ knowledge in the industry will strengthen Mircom’s presence in Atlantic Canada. As we continue to expand our distribution network from coast to coast, we can certainly expect a positive outcome,” says Guido DiPilla, manager, national business development.
Fairway Associates will be assisting Mircom by representing sales in the access and communication line of products, dealing with local distributors and dealers.
