Milestone Systems’ new partner program

The program will include incentives, resources, rewards and support to help its partners in their performance and help keep clients satisfied with Milestone's video solutions.

COPENHAGEN – Milestone says it will launch a new partner program to help its partners, resellers, integrators, security specialists and service providers enjoy greater profits and compete in an ever-changing market.

The announcement from Milestone says the program will include incentives, resources, rewards and support to help its partners in their performance and keep clients satisfied with Milestone’s video solutions.

“Milestone is and will remain a partner-centric company. We are fully channel driven, and we’re committed to deepening our relationships with our partners. Through this new program, we will help our partners thrive and grow as they take advantage of this tremendous and differentiated market opportunity,” said Bill Rainey, vice president of global channel strategy at Milestone Systems in a statement.

Milestone did have a partner program in place but has made three new enhancements to produce an updated version.

The changes include a three-tier program design where partners are aligned to the authorized, advanced or premier categories based on their productivity.

The new program also includes a partner status by country level rather than individual sites. Eligibility for this will involve an examination of the partner’s revenue and certifications.

Finally, the new partner program will include benefits and rewards beyond discounts to include priority technical support, not-for-resale demonstration licenses and project pricing eligibility.
