COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Alarm monitoring software firm Bold Group has announced the promotion of vice-president of Technology, Matthew Narowski, to president effective July 8, 2019.

Narowski is succeeding Rod Coles who announced his decision to retire.

“It has been an honor to lead Bold Group. I want to thank everyone who has helped me build this company into the industry leader that it is today. This is the right time for me personally, and for the company, to transition to the next generation of leadership,” said Coles in a statement.“Matt’s vision, strategy and execution track record is exactly what Bold Group needs as we enter our next chapter, which I am confident will be even more impactful and exciting than our last. Matt has a dynamic vision for the growth and future of Bold Group.”

Since joining Bold Group in 2005, Narowski has led multiple key departments, including Technical Development, Implementation and Support. In 2017, Narowski became the vice-president of Operations and later became vice-president of Technology upon Bold Group’s merger with Perennial Software.
