ScanSource Security is a value-added physical security distributor recognized industry-wide for its commitment to serving its reseller customers exclusively and never selling to end users. The agreement, which takes effect on May 1, 2011, allows ScanSource Security reseller customers to immediately access March Networks’ complete IP video solutions.

The agreement also enables March Networks’ Certified Solution Provider community to take advantage of ScanSource Security’s sales, marketing and logistics services. ScanSource Security offerings include network assessments, wireless site surveys, custom configuration, technical support, financial programs and competitive pricing, plus education and training opportunities that help security dealers expand their overall IP video knowledge.

“We are excited about adding March Networks to our offering of best-of-breed video surveillance manufacturers,” said Tony Sorrentino, Vice President of Sales, ScanSource Security.  “Their intelligent video management solutions, combined with our sales, support, logistics and value-added services, should help solution providers more efficiently and profitably deploy March Networks solutions.”

“We are pleased to partner with ScanSource Security, which has the industry knowledge and technical depth we were looking for to effectively support our innovative product portfolio,” said Daniel Pulskamp, Executive Vice President of Sales, March Networks. “The company’s scalable distribution model is also consistent with our focus on rapid expansion throughout North America, working with an extensive security provider network to deliver our advanced IP video solutions to customers.”
