LILIN names new national accounts manager

LILIN North America has appointed Valerie Jimenez to serve as Business Development Manager of National Accounts.

In this role she will be engaged with major end-users to develop programs that drive installations of LILIN video surveillance systems designed to protect business assets.

Jimenez brings more than a decade of sales management experience to LILIN with more than eight years directly in the surveillance industry, most recently as Regional Sales Manager for Axis Communications. In addition, she has cultivated strong end-user, distributor and integrator relationships through her experience as a manufacturers representative on behalf of such brands as Panasonic, Toshiba and Dedicated Micros.
 
“Valerie is an energetic and dedicated Sales Professional with a strong track record of successfully building sales and providing outstanding customer service,” said Joe Cook, VP/GM of LILIN North America. “These skills, combined with her strong grasp of IT management, will help Valerie in developing strong relationships with key LILIN accounts while she also seeks new business opportunities to support our rapid growth.”

Jimenez is active in major security associations including ASIS, SIA and ISC. She serves as a board member of the San Diego Chapter of ASIS and as a member of Women in Security.
 
Jimenez holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.
