Lenel and Interlogix launch partner program
Lenel and Interlogix launched at ISC West a comprehensive new channel partner program called TierVantage which provides powerful support tools and incentives to help dealers, integrators and value-added resellers (VARs). Lenel, a supplier of advanced security systems and services, and Interlogix, a provider of security and life-safety solutions, are parts of United Technologies Corp.

TierVantage is designed to meet the needs of a broad range of security professionals, from residential to enterprise. The program incorporates dedicated customer service hotlines, social and networking opportunities, and marketing resources to help drive business growth.
Channel partners can receive a first look at product introductions and may be eligible to gain access to closed-line commercial solutions.
“We’ve listened to our partners and have responded with the program resources they said they want and need to help successfully run their businesses,” said Ron Virden, managing director, global security products, UTC Climate, Controls & Security.
“TierVantage channel partners will have access to support, community, products and resources to help enhance their profitability and maintain a competitive advantage in their local service areas,” said Joy Curtiss, director of marketing for Lenel and Interlogix.
The program has three tiers beginning with the dealer for those who primarily focus on the residential and small business segment. The business partner tier provides additional benefits to those dealers making annual commitments to commercial categories. The VAR tier provides Lenel value-added resellers with all they need to maintain the highest standard for enterprise applications, including access to the OnGuard® platform.
TierVantage replaces the companies’ previous Security Pro dealer program for dealers and legacy TierVantage program for VARs.
