In a joint statement, ISC West organizers and event sponsor the Security Industry Association announced that ISC West, the annual security industry showcase, has been postponed to July 19-21, 2021. The host venue remains the Venetian Resort and Sands Expo & Convention Center Sands Expo in Las Vegas. The original scheduled date was March 23-26.
According to the statement: “After extensive internal and external consultation and monitoring of the ongoing COVID-19 virus pandemic, we have made the decision to reschedule ISC West 2021 … We thank The Venetian Resort for their leadership, partnership and ongoing dedication to bringing our event back safely.”
More details for ISC West 2021 are expected to be available in early December. Dates for security industry events in Mexico (July 6-8) and Brazil (Sept. 22-24) have also been released. ISC East 2021 will take place in New York City on Nov. 17-18, co-located with a new conference, the Natural Disaster & Emergency Management Expo.
This year’s ISC West was postponed several times before ultimately being staged as a virtual conference in October. ISC East 2020 will take place virtually on Nov. 18.
