Omnigo Software acquires iView Systems
St. Louis-based Omnigo Software has acquired Toronto-based iView Systems, a provider of public safety management solutions for the gaming and hospitality industries.

The two firms will become one business under the Omnigo name. iView’s employees and operations will remain in their Toronto office and report to Omnigo’s senior leadership team.
“This strategic acquisition presents significant new opportunities for Omnigo to introduce and extend our public safety, incident and security management solutions portfolio into the gaming and hospitality markets, while broadening and strengthening our leadership position in the public safety sector internationally,” said Bobby Robertson, CEO, Omnigo Software.
The acquisition of iView adds a variety of visitor management, licence plate recognition and facial recognition technologies that can be strategically incorporated into the overall Omnigo platform, says the company.
Toronto-based security and risk consulting group Final Image Inc. acted as lead financial advisor on the deal. “The [Final Image] team went above and beyond our expectations,” said Martin D. Drew, president and CEO, iView Systems in a statement.
