Ontario security business passes 130-year mark

A family business for generations, Pinder’s was founded in St. Catherines in 1886 and has been in operation ever since. The store has carried lock products throughout, but has also diversified over the years, testing various other product lines, including lawn care, firearms and sports equipment. Pinder’s current portfolio includes security software, electronics and hardware.

The company was commended for its continuous business and service to the city of St. Catherines as well as charitable and community endeavours benefitting local organizations, including health-care providers.
