Hikvision Canada opens Quebec-based office

Since announcing the creation of Hikvision Canada Inc. in January, Hikvision says it has fortified its relationships with Canadian customers by bringing on a sales director for Canada, Lorne Terry, as well as ramping up sales support and engineering support there. The new office, in St. Laurent, Que., will serve as home base for product support, technical support and quality assurance, with staff fluent in English and French.

“This is an important move for the company as we continue to establish our strong position in the Canadian market, where the company significantly increases sales growth year over year,” says Terry in a company statement.

“Hikvision is making history in Canada by establishing the Quebec office,” adds Jeffrey He, president of Hikvision Canada Inc. and Hikvision USA Inc. “Our strong partnerships in the Canadian market and our commitment to better serving our Canadian customers has come to fruition in the form of the Canada branch office. As the company grows in North America, we are proud to provide the localized service our customers need.”
