Dallas-based Stealth Monitoring was acquired by Auxo Management, a privately held investment firm, in 2016, to work in partnership with Toronto-based UCIT Online, another Auxo company. Both divisions will now operate under the Stealth Monitoring moniker.
“I am thrilled about our company’s future,” said Sidney Sommer, Managing Director and Founder of UCIT Online, in a statement. “Stealth’s strength, broad scope of services, knowledge and significant presence in the U.S. have been an excellent enhancement to our well-established expertise in the construction industry. This partnership has propelled our operations to a new level of world-class service.”
“Since our inception, Stealth has focused on integrity, technology and solid processes. These values haven’t changed, even as we grow to service more markets. We will continue to work with our customers to help them solve their unique business problems,” added Norm Charney, Managing Director and Founder of Stealth Monitoring.
The company operates three redundant monitoring stations and employs approximately 500 people across 15 offices. According to the company, it proactively monitors more than 20,000 cameras a day.
