Emergency notification acquisition creates onSolve brand
Emergency Communications Network announced Tuesday it has acquired Send Word Now, a provider of enterprise notification solutions. Collectively, the companies have rebranded as OnSolve.

According to a company statement:
The acquisition brings together Send Word Now’s enterprise-class emergency notification system, capable of transmitting tens of thousands of voice and text messages in minutes, with ECN’s advanced emergency communication platform for real-time notification and response. With last year’s acquisition of MIR3 and its ability to enrich enterprise solutions and software with multi-channel and real-time communication functions, OnSolve customers now have a single provider capable of meeting all current and future needs.
