Hanwha Techwin opens new U.S. based repair and parts centre.
Hanwha Techwin America opened the doors to its new Hanwha Total Care Centre near the company’s New Jersey headquarters.
The new 10,000 square foot space will handle advanced replacement and repair services for Hanwha products across North and Latin America and receive return units from partners.
Hanwha Techwin fully owns and will manage the new centre, which the company says will allow them to control the repair and parts replacement processes and help them deliver services to their standards.
“Our goal is to minimize any downtime due to product issues or parts requests as much as possible,” said Mr. C.H. Ha, president at Hanwha Techwin America in a statement.
“With this new repair and service centre, we can provide even more timely and comprehensive support to our customers and partners regardless of their location.”
The new centre will also support many of the company’s repair centres and sales offices in other regions throughout the Americas. It will also play a key role in the overall improvement of Hanwha product quality and performance by providing feedback on product repairs to engineering and manufacturing teams.
