Gerry Miller reflects on the industry
Gerry Miller, Peel Regional Police's alarm program supervisor, recently retired. At her retirement celebration, SP&T News asked her to reflect upon the industry, the changes she has seen over the years and what she expects to see in the future.

During her career, Miller made significant contributions to the development of alarm response programs and the reduction of false alarms, instituting a false alarm policy at Peel. She also acted as a conduit between the security alarm industry and police departments, both in Ontario and internationally.
