Genetec named one of Montreal’s top employers

Montreal’s Top Employers is organized and evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and published in collaboration with the Montreal Gazette. Organizations of all sizes and industries are eligible. Entrants must complete an application that details internal business strategies, corporate culture and staff incentives. Winners are chosen based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time Off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
