In his new role, Flink will drive an ADI global vision and business strategy to maximize vendor and customer relationships, strengthen product categories and lead expansion plans across all regions. Flink has been president of ADI Americas since 2010, and has successfully led a cultural transformation focused on growth, marketing strategies and learning to improve the customer experience and strengthen the organization.

Flink joined ADI in 2003 as the vice president of marketing for ADI North America. With a global perspective, in 2005, he launched the company’s international expansion into Europe, overseeing the opening of 32 offices in the first year. Under his leadership, ADI completed the acquisition of Gardiner Group Europe and extended its reach into 14 countries across the region. Flink also served as the general manager for Honeywell Security Middle East from 2006-2010, where he opened the first office in the region and established the sales, marketing, technical support and supply chain operations to serve customers across 22 countries.
