Falcon lands business award

The Greater Brockville Ad & Sales Club presents this award annually to a business that demonstrates excellence in: community involvement, community image, business growth, marketing profile, and customer / client service.

The award was presented by John Esford, President of Brockville Ad & Sales Club from Burnbrae Farms, and Doug Mclean from Promotional Concepts who was the previous recipient. Accepting the award on behalf of Alarm Systems Inc. & Falcon Security was Kristin Crowe, President (far right) and Laura Good, Falcon Security  Consultant.

Kristin Crowe, President of Alarms Systems & Falcon Security comments, “We are overjoyed at receiving this award. Laura Good updated me on the criteria which mirrors our approach to business. Falcon Security’s reputation for outstanding client and community service were two of the many great reasons Alarm Systems decided to purchase Falcon Security in 2008. Our company is confi dent in the growth potential for Brockville and we will be adding members to our already dedicated and talented team.”

The Helen G. Wood Business of the Year Award is one of two major awards Alarm Systems & Falcon Security received in 2014. On April 22, they received the internationally recognized, Five Diamond Central Station Certifi cation administered by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) in recognition for their commitment to rigorous quality standards and service delivery.

Laura Good, Security Consultant and the incoming President for the Brockville Chamber of Commerce comments, “Our mission is to provide all commercial and residential customers with security and safety solutions to give them peace of mind. It was a team effort to win these awards, much like our team approach to providing solutions for each customer … one at a time.”

Founded in 1972, Alarm Systems is a family owned business that is progressive, innovative, and client-focused. The company divisions are Falcon Security which serves primarily Brockville and the United Counties region and Alarm Systems which serves Belleville, the Bay of Quinte Region and Kingston markets. Both banners have a suite of services for commercial and residential markets.
