ESX 2022 announces keynote speaker
The session will focus on building team confidence, setting higher expectations and working towards goals.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Award-winning coach and Ph.D. sports psychologist, Dr. Ivan Joseph will share his expertise on success, self-confidence and grit on the Electronic Security Expo Main Stage on Wednesday, June 15.
ESX stated that Dr. Ivan has developed, applied and refined dozens of techniques that lead to high performance and excellence.
“I am thrilled to hear Dr. Joseph speak on building self-confidence and success. He is a master communicator that will help us better understand how to overcome our challenges and improve individual and team performance.” said George DeMarco, ESX chairman in a statement.
The announcement from ESX promises that guests to Dr. Joseph’s presentation will learn how to achieve their goals. They will also be invited to participate in immersive activities.
The goal of Dr. Joseph’s session is for participants to develop self-confidence, even in times of adversity. Also, participants will be provided with tools to help them build self-confidence within themselves and their teams. They will also have the opportunity to practice positive self-talk and set higher expectations.
