“ERMS is in the business of helping Incident Managers to save lives, and we’ve always had a keen interest in any technologies that help us have the opportunity to better serve our customers,” said Sylvain Rollin, president of ERMS, in a statement. “Rave is a true leader in the market and consistently drives innovation and sustainable growth. We’re excited to join the Rave team to provide additional resources and value to our clients.”

Rave, based in Framingham, Mass., is a provider of critical communication and data platform solutions. According to a statement, ERMS will become a business unit within Rave, and will maintain its name due to its brand recognition in Canada.

“The ERMS team’s experience and product knowledge will help us better serve the Canadian market,” said Tom Axbey, president and CEO of Rave. “ERMS has a loyal and highly referenceable client base and is the leading emergency notification system provider of the Canadian federal government, making them an easy, logical choice to join the Rave family.”
