DVTEL adds to executive ranks with two industry veterans
DVTEL has added two senior executives to its ranks. Dr. Ed Wassall has been named vice-president of global marketing and Hans Klein joins the company as vice-president of sales and marketing, DVTEL Central & South America. Klein will also serve as general manager, DVTEL Mexico.

Wassall will be responsible for leading and driving global marketing strategies for DVTEL’s IP product and technology portfolio. Most recently, he served as senior director, Samsung North America, where he was responsible for IP product management and development. Previously, Wassall was regional vice president, security engineering solutions at Anixter, and senior vice-president, national integration services for SBC DataComm. Wassall holds a Ph.D in Information Technology from Webster University.
Hans Klein will lead sales initiatives for DVTEL in Mexico, and the Central and South American regions. He currently serves as managing director of Senstar/Magal S3 for Latin America, a position he has held for the past 18 years.
