DMP receives ULC compliance approvals
DMP says that it has received Underwriters Laboratories Canada (ULC) compliance listing approvals for its XR150|XR350|XR550 Series Control Panels. The ULC listings include: ULC S545 Household Fire, ULC C1023 Household Burglar, ULC/ORD-C1076 Proprietary Burglar and ULC S304 Central Station Burglar.

According to DMP, the 32-bit processors allow the new panels to operate at 20 times the speed of the older DMP XR500 panels with 10/100 Ethernet auto-sensing. The XR150|XR350|XR550 offers 142, 374 or 574 zones, respectively with Net/Cell and Dialer.
The XR150|XR350|XR550 panels include built-in LX buses. All three panels offer access control features such as 99 programmable schedules for areas, doors, profiles, outputs and Z-Wave favourites. For systems equipped with Z-Wave control of lights, locks, thermostats, etc., the panel offers up to 20 favourites, which incorporate commands up to 25 Z-Wave devices each.
The optional plug-on 263HCAN Rogers AT&T cellular communicator allows for MyAccess, the DMP App, and central station connections. The company’s Adaptive Technology and the availability of up to eight communication paths provide a multi-level communication backup to ensure a constant connection between the panel and the central station.
