DM eliminates Canadian regional sales rep position

Dedicated Micros has eliminated the role of Canadian regional sales rep.

 

John Kegel, who held the position for the last 18 months, sent the notice himself April 7, indicating his position was ending April 9. In the brief note he said that, "due to the current economic situation" Dedicated Micros had eliminated his position.

 

Kegel noted that: "Of all my duties, and over the last 29 years in this industry, I personally enjoy my time with the people most… offering guidance, solving issues and providing product and technical solutions to problems and opportunities that were presented."

 

Dedicated Micros closed its Canadian office in December and then vice-president Carlo Di Panfilo left the company.
