Convergint Technologies acquires Security Products Company
Convergint Technologies has acquired Minnesota-based Security Products Company (SPC).

SPC is a full-service provider of physical and electronic security systems, construction management services, IT and cybersecurity solutions and marketing solutions.
Over one hundred SPC employees join Convergint and will continue operations under SPC leaders Dan Chastanet and Marc Weisenburger.

This is the 13th company acquired by Convergint in the past two years. The company says it has seen consistent growth, both organically and through acquisitions, since its formation in 2001. Convergint also says these acquisitions have strengthened its capabilities globally and reinforce its dedication to being its customers’ best service provider.
