Now it’s even simpler for dealers and integrators to interface with Connect ONE, the integrated security management platform from Connected Technologies, LLC.

Connect ONE’s integration with Bosch allows easy connectivity without network configurations.

Bosch Security Systems recently announced cloud-based connectivity to its B and G Series intrusion control panels for remote programming and end-user app connectivity. The new Remote Connect cloud service makes it even faster and easier to connect to the control panels by eliminating the need to change customer router settings, firewall rules or to use Domain Name Service (DNS) to access the systems remotely.

Through the same Remote Connect cloud service and remote programming software (RPS), Connect ONE dealers have the same pass through and can manage all their B and G Series intrusion control panel customers – without port forwarding, router or firewall configurations.

“This is a great feature for Bosch dealers using Connect ONE,” said Mike Simon, managing partner, Connected Technologies. “It further simplifies the solution. There’s no network configuration necessary, so dealers have ready accessibility to the Connect ONE interface through the panel for their customers. Not only does this make it seamless and less IT-intensive for the dealer, but it eases the minds of end-user customers concerned about opening network connections,” he said.
