Andy Mallon joined Classic Fire + Life Safety, July 22, 2022, as chief financial officer.
Classic Fire + Life Safety has appointed Andy Mallon as its newest chief financial officer.
Mallon joins the company with close to 20 years of financial management experience in several industries including retail, wholesale distribution and financial consultancy.
His career began overseas in the UK, working for KPMG in audit, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. In 2014 he relocated to Toronto, working for Wolseley Canada as a finance business partner and later as a finance director. He moved back to the UK in 2018 with Wolseley UK, before returning to Toronto in early 2020. Prior to joining Classic Fire +Life Safety, Mallon held the position of CFO for ONroute.
“Andy is a strong leader with a successful track record in various sectors,” said Francois Godin, CEO of Classic Fire + Life Safety in a statement.
“He is a natural coach and mentor who is passionate about building and developing high performance, collaborative teams.”
In his new role, Mallon will oversee the finance, IT and support systems teams and help drive financial reporting, controls, governance, and analytics for the Classic Fire + Life Safety group of companies. He joined the company on July 22, 2022.
