The Canadian Security Association (CANASA) produces and manages four
trade shows annually: East, West, Atlantic and Central — providing
Canadian security professionals with maximum exposure and unparalleled
marketing and networking opportunities. In selling products or making
deals, there is no substitute for face-to-face communication and
personal contact with customers. The top reason people attend a trade
show is to find new products and suppliers.

CANASA has been experiencing record attendance at its Security Canada
shows so far this year. Positive word of mouth from past attendees and
recognition as the number-one show in the country in terms of attendees
who have buying influence helps to attract first-time attendees.

New this year, CANASA welcomes the U.S. Commercial Service in Canada
and U.S. companies to the premier U.S. Pavillion at Security Canada
Central. These U.S. companies are new to the Canadian market and have
not previously exhibited at Security Canada Central.

This year’s conference theme is Optimizing the Use of IP Ready
Infrastructure. Conference sessions will cover everything from the
convergence of physical and information security and strategically
deploying IP to the economics of deploying high definition video. These
technical workshops, seminars and a Security Industry Summit led by
industry experts make Security Canada Central a “must attend” event for
today’s security professional. These exciting workshops are presented
by the Canadian Security Association, in conjunction with the Canadian
Society for Industrial Securit
y (CSIS); ASIS International Toronto
Chapter
; and the High Technology Crime Investigation Association
(HTCIA).
