Camden appoints new business development manager, electrified hardware

Camden Door Controls has appointed Gary Martin as its new business development manager for electrified hardware. In this new role that began January 1, Martin will be the driving force behind Camden's growth in electrified hardware, a critically important product category for the company.

The product selection includes electric strikes, magnetic locks and cabinet locking systems.

In addition to developing and sourcing new products, he will spearhead the creation of training materials, provide field training, and support outside sales representative activities.

Martin, a seasoned and experienced industry veteran, was US Consultant and North American sales manager for Eff Eff, a German manufacturer of electrified door hardware before coming to Camden. A native of the UK till moving to the US in 2001, Gary gained extensive hands-on experience working as a locksmith, security integrator, and as a distributor.
