Bold appoints project manager for new customer implementations

Bold Technologies has hired Leon Gomes as project manager for new customer implementations.

July 11, 2012  By Staff

The new position will work closely with both the sales and implementation departments. Gomes will be making transition calls, layout the plan and schedule the project. The objective of the new position is to make sure all prerequisites are in place and keep customers updated on a regular basis. He will follow up until the installation is done and the customer is satisfied. Gomes will report to Chuck Speck, vice president of Bold.

A California native, Gomes spent the first part of his career as a sheriff’s deputy in the community. He then went on to work in the insurance business and afterwards in church management.

“I like working at Bold because it is both family- and team-oriented,” said Gomes. “My goals are to decrease the amount of time to go from purchase to full implementation and to communicate with customers on a continual basis so they are always aware of where a project stands. There should be no question as to what pieces are outstanding and what still needs to be scheduled. I hope to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

“Leon has already proved himself a team player and is totally committed to the satisfaction of our customers,” added Bold Technologies president and CEO Rod Coles. “He is filling a new and very important position in our company.”
