BlackBerry recently announced the launch of the Crisis Communications Specialization. Members of BlackBerry’s Enterprise Partner Program will have access to the Crisis Communications Specialization to help clients communicate and collaborate in emergencies.

The Crisis Communications Specialization is built on BlackBerry AtHoc, a crisis communications platform.
In partnership with Crisis Shield, BlackBerry has also developed an initiative known as The Melbourne Shield.
“Crisis Shield is working with BlackBerry, combining our expertise in crisis communications with the BlackBerry AtHoc platform, including our Melbourne Shield people safety initiative,” said Crisis Shield managing director Alan Briggs.
