Becklar acquires Eyeforce, wholesale provider of remote guarding solutions

Becklar, the parent company of AvantGuard, Armstrongs and Freeus announced the acquisition of Eyeforce, a provider of wholesale monitored remote guarding solutions.

Eyeforce combines video surveillance, AI/machine learning analytics, and live audio operator response intervention.

Eyeforce is a video monitoring partner for businesses including auto and tractor dealerships, construction and construction supply, storage facilities, logistics centres and more, according to Becklar. Becklar says its acquisition of Eyeforce allows existing dealers to offer expanded video surveillance and remote guarding solutions to their customers including:

  • Remote guards trained in preventative video surveillance
  • AI technology for any equipment brand
  • Remote guard gate entry/exit verification and protection
  • Camera-agnostic onboarding

No additional hardware is required, states the company.

AvantGuard, a Becklar company, acquired Armstrongs, based in the Maritimes, in 2022.
