Axis Communications appoints Robert Moore director of marketing, Americas

Axis Communications has announced that Robert Moore has joined its leadership team as director of Marketing, Americas.

In his new role, which will begin on July 1, Moore’s primary responsibilities include direct oversight of Axis partner marketing, business development marketing, educational services, events and conferences, as well as regional marketing communications.

The firm says Moore joined Axis in 2005 as a regional sales manager and quickly climbed the ranks to become country manager, Canada—where he successfully grew the sales and marketing organizations.

He is an active member of CANASA, where he has held many positions including, national board of directors, treasurer and president for the Central Ontario Council. He is also active in ASIS International, an association which supports security professionals worldwide.
