Avigilon promotes Henderson to COO

Henderson joined Avigilon in 2011, most recently serving as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. According to the company, Henderson, working with Avigilon’s senior leadership team, has been instrumental in the creation and execution of Avigilon’s global growth strategy. In his new role, Henderson will continue to have oversight over sales and marketing while leading global operations.

“As our Chief Operating Officer, James will continue driving top-line growth while creating operational efficiencies across our business,” said Alexander Fernandes, Avigilon’s Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, in a statement. “I’m excited about the added value that James will bring to Avigilon in his new capacity.”
