“S2 Security and Avigilon share the philosophy of creating open products that support integration,” says John L. Moss, CEO, S2 Security. “Integrations such as this streamline security management for end users and create valuable new opportunities for our integrators.”
The integration of S2 NetBox into the Enterprise edition of ACC unites the management functions of access control, smart card authentication and high-definition video surveillance. Companies can link video and events with credential authentication, alarm and temperature monitoring. Avigilon Control Center Enterprise NVMS includes a number of integration options, which enable the exchange of high-definition, IP-based, and analogue surveillance video with additional physical security systems.
“The integration of access control and high-definition video surveillance is an effective security strategy for organizations small and large,” says Keith Marett, vice president of marketing and communications at Avigilon. “Partners like S2 Security appreciate the openness and ease of use of our solutions.”
