Ratza will oversee the financial operations of Resolver alongside its affiliate, PPM, a global leader in enterprise incident and case management solutions.

With over 20 years of experience, Ratza is a seasoned expert in the financial operations of software companies and most recently served as the CFO of The Descartes Systems Group Inc., a leader in SaaS solutions for logistic-intensive businesses. Prior to Descartes, Ratza’s public company experience included senior financial roles at IPICO Inc., MKS Inc., and Open Text Corporation. Ratza specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience in building global financial operations and managing the complexities of public companies.

“Stephanie is a strategic addition to our executive as we build a stronger and more highly seasoned leadership team,” said Will Anderson, CEO. “As a provider of integrated and SaaS-based GRC and incident management systems, it was important for us to recruit a global public company CFO to further enhance the voice of the customer in product decisions.”

“I am delighted to join PPM and Resolver” said Ratza. “As the former CFO of a public company, I understand the value of a risk-based corporate performance, compliance, and assurance software and look forward to better serving our customers with solutions that leverage our unique GRC and incident management expertise.”
