AMAG Technology, an Allied Universal company, has introduced AMAG Technology Professional Services, designed to help the company’s channel partners and customers.
The company says subject matter experts will help “customers find ways to maximize their security technology, leveraging features and discovering workflows to streamline business operations and improve efficiencies throughout a security system and department, and the organization as a whole.”
“AMAG Technology Professional Services is designed to be an extension of a deployment team,” said AMAG Technology vice-president, client services, Jeff LeBlanc, in a company press release. “Our team approach brings together all stakeholders to plan, execute and follow through on deployments, upgrades and special projects. Our subject matter experts are ready to assist when a client needs specialized expertise to complete a project.”
According to AMAG, the department can advise on strategy, provide design assistance, offer support for field installation, as well as other services.
