AMAG hires new leader for technical services
Jim Cisneros has joined AMAG Technology as vice-president, technical services. He will oversee all aspects of the technical services team globally, including technical support, professional services and education/training.

Jim Cisneros has joined AMAG Technology as vice-president “I am excited to be at a growing company where I can use my skills to help improve processes, better support our resellers and end users, and help expand the company,” said Cisneros.
“Jim’s leadership and expertise will help AMAG continue to provide a superior level of support to our customers,” said AMAG Technology, COO, Howard Johnson.
Cisneros began his career at Sears where he developed an interest in information systems that led to a position with Nissan in Carson, California as a senior manager of their information systems in North America. Next, he spent 16 years in IT services consultancy, serving in an executive vice-president level position before he moved on to Hyundai Capital America as vice-president, business systems.
