AlarmForce names new President
AlarmForce Industries Inc. has announced the appointment of Graham Badun as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Badun was founder of Westport Partners, a Toronto based advisory firm focused on the real estate services sector in North America. Prior to starting Westport, he was Group Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Residential Property Services, a division of Brookfield Asset Management where he worked from 1998 until 2012. During his tenure as CEO, he oversaw expansion from Canada into 8 countries, grew multiple brands across three business lines, and was recognized as one of the 100 most influential leaders in real estate in the U.S.
Badun received his BA in Political Studies at Queens University and an MBA from Ivey Business School, Western University.
He is currently a member of the Board of Governors at the University of Guelph and is Chair of the Property Committee.
His appointment is effective immediately.
Badun is replacing Anthony Pizzonia who is stepping down. Pizzonia had been with AlarmForce for 23 years. His decision is focused largely on the desire to spend more quality time with his family.
