AlarmForce announces completion of review; no sale currently in cards
AlarmForce Industries Inc. has announced that its previously announced strategic review has been completed, and it has decided against any sale of the company.

During the past eleven months, a special committee of the Board of Directors of the Company comprised of the independent directors of AlarmForce explored and considered available opportunities for the Company, including a possible sale of the Company.
The Special Committee concluded that the strategic review process did not result in a transaction adequately reflecting the Company’s value. As such, the Board decided to conclude the formal process and dissolve the Special Committee. The Company is now moving forward with a focus on growth.
