The CSAA is an international association representing security providers, security customers, and agencies involved with protection and risk management. Attaining this official recognition and important credential involved Alarm Systems & Falcon Security being committed to rigorous quality criteria standards that included customer service delivery, ongoing central station education with follow-up testing of all central station staff. This critical area of communications is the life-saving link between the residential or business properties and law enforcement, fire and emergency services in local areas.

Kristin Crowe, President expands on the reason for the additional credential, “Our team was strategic and we made certain that we had leading-edge hardware, software, services and talent in place to continue delivering relevant security solutions to our residential, commercial, institutional and government clients. The acquisition of Falcon Security in 2008 and the ongoing support by our clients reinforced our decision to move forward with the Five Diamond Certification of our Central Station which is another significant milestone for our company.”

Founded in 1972, Alarm Systems is a family owned business that is progressive, innovative and client-focused. Sheila Reynolds owns the company with her children Kristin Crowe, Kyle Reynolds and Kevin Reynolds who are all extensively involved in the business. Alarm Systems becomes one of only 12 monitoring stations in Canada that has achieved Five Diamond Certification.
